Take a journey with me as I share my experience, from living a glamorous life in Dubai to finding true meaning on the island of Bali.

The Invitation Course
The invitation is a guided self paced master course where you will be returning to the parts of yourself that feel missing, you will learn how to alchemize your triggers and meet yourself deeper than ever before.

1:1 Somatic Experience Sessions
These sessions include a long term commitment of 1-3 months.
We get so many teachings on the fact that we are the directors and the designers of our lives, while that is true, it’s missing a very important statement to that. When we are disconnected from our true heritage, we will never be content with the lives that we are creating for ourselves.
There’s an underlying pressure that comes with the popular phrase of “reaching your full potential”, which automatically draws in a very active, dominant and quite frankly a masculine energy to it. I would like to invite you into the journey of becoming more of you with a softer approach, one that you can feel more at home with. The reality is that we cannot become our most embodied selves without a regulated nervous system. We have to understand ourselves first before we can live intentionally. Understanding ourselves comes down to healing ourselves.
The fact is, our full potential has always been with us, we lack nothing. We are born complete, it’s all about coming home to ourselves. So as we are learning to give up our previous lives bit by bit, we are allowing new energy to flow in that aligns with a more authentic version of ourselves within each layer that unfolds.
Growing into your full potential is about meeting deeper parts of yourself. I am here to assist you along the journey.

1:1 Trauma Informed Yoga
It’s no secret that our bodies create and store energy through our nervous system responses. When we don't create the opportunity to fully release certain energy that was present in our system during traumatic experiences of our lives, it stays in our bodies and creates dysregulation. Stuck energy can lead to dissociation with the self and chronic illnesses, both mentally and physically.
In Trauma Informed Yoga I will be guiding you how to release restricted energy which will deepen your relationship with yourself. The goal of these practices is not to fix you, but rather giving you an opportunity to reconnect back to yourself in ways you didn't know was possible before.
We will start with exploring the body through free flow yoga in order to identify the restrictions and energetic blockages. Moving slowly, I will then create yoga sequences and somatic practices that will be personalised according to your needs.
